Your 3D files are strictly confidential. They are processed solely by our automated pricing engine and manufacturing team. We do not use your designs for marketing or training AI models without your explicit written consent.
We may also retain uploaded files internally for quality assurance and engineering testing purposes — for example, to verify that software updates correctly resolve a previously encountered manufacturing issue.
All payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.
We do not sell your personal data. We only share necessary data with logistics partners (e.g., FedEx, UPS) to fulfill your delivery.
