Automated DFM & Manufacturing

Our proprietary geometry engine analyzes your CAD files in real-time. By virtually simulating the mold-making process, we provide instant pricing and manufacturability checks (DFM) without human delay.

1. Geometry Analysis

Algorithms scan for negative drafts, thin walls, and non-manifold edges instantly upon upload.

2. Additive Tooling

Valid parts are automatically converted into negative mold geometries for rapid 3D printing.

Reverse Engineering Services

Mail-In Program

No CAD? No Problem.

We specialize in converting physical legacy components into modern composite parts. Send us your original plastic or metal part, and we will reverse-engineer the geometry to generate tooling and manufacture lightweight composite replicas.

Workflow: Physical Part → Surface Reconstruction → Mold Generation → Composite Part.
Limitations: We manufacture parts, we do not simply provide 3D scanning files.

Carbon Fiber Weave

VACUUM INFUSION

High-modulus structural fabric infused under vacuum. This creates the highest strength-to-weight ratio parts available.

Forged Carbon

COMPRESSION

Chopped tow reinforcement molded under high pressure. Isotropic strength (equal in all directions) and capable of filling complex geometries like bosses and ribs.

Fiberglass Weave (E-Glass)

VACUUM INFUSION

Structural woven glass. Excellent durability and lower cost. RF Transparent (does not block radio signals), ideal for radomes.

Fiberglass Mat (CSM)

VACUUM INFUSION

Randomly oriented fibers for rapidly building bulk thickness. The heavy-duty solution for casings, marine components, and large enclosures.
